Acceptance
By using the KidWatch application, you agree to these terms of service.
Service Description
KidWatch is a parental control application that filters Internet content via DNS. The service includes: a parent app (dashboard), a child app, DNS filtering by category, a built-in DNS-over-TLS VPN, offline alerts, Internet scheduling, child device geolocation, app blocking, and app time limits.
Age Requirements
Use as a parent requires being at least 18 years old or being the legal guardian. By installing the app on a child's device, you declare that you are their parent or legal guardian.
User Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. The parent code should only be shared with trusted individuals.
Subscriptions and Pricing
KidWatch offers a 21-day free trial (no credit card required, up to 5 devices). Paid subscriptions are available in monthly and annual plans. Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Payment is processed via PayPal or credit card.
Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund for the current period. After cancellation, DNS protection is deactivated and your data is retained for 30 days.
Acceptable Use
KidWatch is intended exclusively for legal parental control. It is prohibited to use it to monitor adults without their consent, for harassment, or any illegal activity.
Limitation of Liability
KidWatch strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee exhaustive filtering of all inappropriate content. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
Intellectual Property
The KidWatch application, its code, interface, and brand are protected by intellectual property law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
