Deletion procedure

You can request complete deletion of your KidWatch account at any time. This action is irreversible.

Fill in the form below with the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request within 30 days.

Data deleted

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

• Your user account and credentials
• All children's devices linked to your account
• Filtering settings and configurations
• DNS query history (visited/blocked domains)
• Connection data and heartbeats
• Offline alert configurations

Data retained

In compliance with legal obligations, billing data is retained for 10 years after account deletion.

Consequences

After deletion, DNS protection will be immediately deactivated on all children's devices linked to your account. You will need to manually uninstall the app from each device.
