You can request deletion of specific categories of data while keeping your KidWatch account active.

Available data types

Here are the data categories you can request to delete:

• DNS history: domains visited and blocked on children's devices
• Device data: identifiers and information of registered devices
• Filter settings: filtering category configurations per device
• Connection data: heartbeats and online/offline status history
• Alert configurations: offline alert thresholds and preferences

Processing time

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is completed.

Impact on service

Deleting certain data may affect service functionality. For example, deleting device data will require re-linking children's devices.
